Adults with ADD/ADHD often become trapped in a cycle of overwhelm and burnout. Distractibility and poor planning skills, combined with a tendency towards stress and frustration, leave many adults with ADD /ADHD struggling to manage their day-to-day lives. In this class, we’ll explore stress in the context of ADD / ADHD and discuss how to break the cycle by balancing pace of life with self-care. Participants will create a personalized action plan of small, practical changes that they can immediately apply to their lives in order to overcome the chronic overwhelm associated with ADD/ ADHD.
