I was tested for ADHD

Im a almost 40yr old women & tested for ADHD. I do have it. Im seeking out medication to stabelize it. & feel alittle embaressed. Don't have many friends now, its just hard to explain to others who don't have it. I have a 15yr old daughter who is very supportive. & now Ive found this site!! Im not alone anymore! thanks, Tracy
