Women With ADHD ADD

For Women with ADHD ADD Who Want to Connect

Hi all.   Wondering if any of you have done any tracking of your body temp.  Well, I am sure you have it you are tracking ovulation but what I am interested in finding out is seeing if many of ours run high or low.  Thanks for your input

what is pcos?
I have a bizarre inner furnace , hot flashes at times and some days just can't get warm, I am sure it has to do with my cycle or lack there of:) as far as ovulation goes o know vaginal fluid is the closest sign if you are pcos and the pee sticks have failed you due to hormone surges and no egg!!!! But some pcos may also have a short leutal phase
My average temp runs about 97 or lower. I feel like I have a fever when it's 98.
I have PCOS. When I charted (did so when trying to get pregnant with both my girls), I found my morning temps were always lower than "textbook"...usually around 96.8-97.3 pre-ovulation. I was not on Adderall then, so I do not know how my ADHD medications might or might not change that. (I don't chart anymore.)
I think I am finding women with PCOS  ADD have the lower running temp.   I have gone on thyroid meds in the past year and even though my thyroid is back in, my temp still low.  Stays low when on Addreall too.
When I was originally diagnosed with PCOS  (and a few times since then for monitoring), I had a huge battery of lab tests run. My thyroid function was normal, as was everything else except for the "PCOS" stuff. I'm not diabetic, but I'm insulin resistant, testosterone about 3 times normal for a female when not on Metformin and all sorts of other stuff, but thyroid was normal. Go figure.
