Medications and Alternitive Routes

I thought it would be very usefull and interesting to start a group about what kind of ADD/ADHD issues each of us has, and what medications work best for you as well as the ones that don't. This may in some way take the challenge out of finding the right meds for people if everyone is willing to join. My hope here is that we may start to see a pattern. I would also like to include Alternitive over the counter Add meds, vitamins, nutrients and Alternitive treatments. I think this would be profound. I am going to try to create a survey and attach it so it would be easily organized and charted or graphed. If I can do this please take the quiz vs. just adding comments because it organizes things easier than having to read each post. Thanks for your participation.
