Today's Society

Is it just me or having ADD in today's society hard? Our world is way too fast paced and we have way too many choices to choose from. I get pretty overwhelmed at times. I am working on getting better tools to deal with things though. Hoping things settle down. Then again, once they do something else will come up to deal with. I guess that's just life though.
