Jen, you can also just set up your Freecycle account so you don't get notifications at all, or just a daily summary. I have found it to be a wonderful resource, but don't want the distractions either.

Karen, is there a reason that you tend to write in capital letters? I find it much harder to read than the regular fonts. It also feels a bit like you are talking very very loudly when you use capitals for long messages.
