I am not to sure about that ... i found for me ritalin was aweful after wards and it sometimes worked and sometimes didn't!!! but you have to try what works for YOU!! it is all trial and error... sarah

Hi! So does the dry mouth go away over time??? Or is this something that you just have to live with. How long should I give the medication. I just feel sort of out of it on 36 mg of the Concerta. I have only been on it for three days though.

The new plan (day 1 dexedrine)

Day one of 3- 1 pill 10 mg

I took dexedrine around 9am this morning. I am restless moving alot and not very focused I was able to eat lunch which was not the case on concerta I don't feel as "out of it" as i did on concerta, but every so often i do have a rapid heart beat. I can't stay on one task and find myself going back and forth from one thing to another and trying to find the "calm" i had on ritalin on some days.
