"I have weight problems but a lot of the times its I can only eat one meal or nothing at all... or I cant stop eating... its not the candies or the junk food... i eat lots of seafood and pasta and vegetables... I just eat when I can"

"yes or at least I do... sometimes i cant even get my mind to focus on the simply task without making it a million times worst... I have friends who think I should just make a weekly schedule and stick to it..."
