Rothycat, I have been now a few different meds. Ritalin, Dexerdrine, Wellbutrin, but so far the best one with very minimal side effects I have so far experienced is Adderall XR. Hope this helps.

Sorry it took me so long to reply...I'm so backed up on my e-mail that I just now saw this message! (I love cats, too by the way.) To be on time, I try making a list of the three things I CAN DO in the morning before work, and just stick to those three things. I write down the things I would like to do so I can do them later, after work. I have not perfected it yet, but it seems to be keeping me on track to be on time in the morning.
