Why me?

Lately, I feel like everything in my life is either extremely great or just flat out terrible. I can't seem to find a middle ground in any part of my life and it's really getting to me...I'm not sure if it's the disorganized/horrible time managing part me or OCD hoarding life style that is making my life a living hell. Since I've been taking Ritalin, I have went from drinking atleast 12 cans of diet soda a day to just 3-4... Well, after my first dose I feel completely calm, but when I have my first soda around 11-12 I just become super anxious & feel awful. My anxiety becomes even worse than it was. "Yes!! Diet Coke is my other drug of choice. probably 5 a day or more. My doctor told me that people with add sometimes will somehow selfmedicate with caffeine. I'm notsure how this works but I found that I feel the "need" for it also."
